Tickets are now on sale for the RaginСAPP Cajuns Country Kickoff featuring Tracy Lawrence.
The Grammy-nominated, Nashville recording artist will perform at Blackham Coliseum on Friday, Sept. 22, along with local artist Clay Cormier and Grammy winner Wayne Toups.
Lawrence has had eight No. 1 singles on the Billboard country music charts, including СAPPSticks and StonesСAPP and СAPPFind Out Who Your Friends Are.СAPP
The event celebrates the start of the 2017 RaginСAPP CajunsСAPP Sun Belt Conference games.
Proceeds will benefit the Boys & Girls Clubs of Acadiana and the Ragin' Cajuns Athletic Foundation.
Cormier will take the stage at 6 p.m. HeСAPPll be followed by Toups, who has been called the СAPPCajun SpringsteenСAPP for his energetic performances of a blend of traditional Cajun music, zydeco music and rock СAPPnСAPP roll. LawrenceСAPPs performance will begin at about 8 p.m.
