СAPP supporters can get fired up for the upcoming football season СAPP and College Colors Day on Friday СAPP with the reappearance of Viva La WaffleСAPPs RaginСAPP Cajuns® Waffle.
The RaginСAPP Cajuns® Waffle features a cane pepper jelly-glazed fried chicken breast topped with melted pepper jack cheese and crispy jalapeño strips. Viva La Waffle, a food truck turned brick-and-mortar restaurant, will offer the spirited waffle for a limited run this football season.

The RaginСAPP Cajuns® Waffle will go on sale Friday, in time for fans to enjoy one before the Louisiana RaginСAPP Cajuns square off against Northwestern State on Saturday at Cajun Field.
Viva La Waffle is located at 101 Liberty Ave. in Lafayette; the restaurant also has a location on campus, in Agnes Edwards HallСAPPs food court.
