2025-2026 International Student Scholarships

The 小蝌蚪APP offers two types of non-resident fee waivers that may be granted to new incoming undergraduate students who are citizens of countries other than the United States.

International students must apply to the 小蝌蚪APP and be regularly admitted to qualify for scholarships.

Fleur-de-Lis Scholarship

(First-Time Freshman Scholarship)

Full non-resident fee exemption

$6,864 per semester* for up to 8 semesters

  • Completion of a recognized secondary program comparable to a U.S. high school
  • 2.5 cumulative GPA (as converted on the U.S. scale)
  • ACT composite of 20 OR SAT composite of 1030
  • Regular admission to the 小蝌蚪APP
  • Must apply to the 小蝌蚪APP by June 20 for Fall or December 16 for Spring to qualify

Cayenne Scholarship

(Transfer Student Scholarship)

Full non-resident fee exemption

$6,864 per semester* for up to 8 semesters

  • 12+ non-remedial credit hours from a U.S. college or university
  • 2.75 cumulative GPA on all college-level work
  • Must NOT have a bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Must NOT be a transfer re-entry student
  • Regular admission to the 小蝌蚪APP
