���APP�As a Small Business Development Center advising staff member, I provide expert business advising services to entrepreneurs and small business owners in various stages of the business life cycle: pre-venture or early stage, startup, expansion, growth, and exit.���APP�

On top of that, the fact that we have been using and implementing these certifications throughout our college career further sharpens our skills and knowledge.���APP�

С���APP�At a low point in my life years ago, I was given a second chance at life. I am majoring in Human Development & Family Science because I needed to give back and help to educate and advocate for those families that are struggling or are in crisis.С���APP�

���APP�The day I decided that interior design was where I wanted to be was the first time I actually felt excited for college.���APP�

"The Department of Petroleum Engineering provides students with certifications that are needed to begin immediately working in the industry, exposing students to a variety of software applications that are used industry-wide, hands-on laboratories, and regular tours to rigs and other oil and gas-related facilities. I'm leaving the program with the skills and knowledge I need to have a successful career in oil and gas.���APP�

���APP�I personally chose this program (engineering technology) because it is a unique degree. I liked how it touched on all the engineering disciplines, electrical, mechanical, and civil. It seemed to me that someone with the degree was more versatile in their field and had a business optimization side to them as well.���APP�

���APP�I was interested in health information management since I knew I wanted to work in the healthcare setting, but clinical care wasn���APP�t for me. I love learning how to handle patient data and working with files and EHRs (electronic health records). I feel like I am actually going to make a difference in the business side of the medical field.���APP�

���APP�The dance program at UL Lafayette showed me there are a million opportunities for work in the field of dance outside of the realm of performance, including teaching, choreographing, arts administration, dance history, lighting, and costuming. UL Lafayette showed me how to find these opportunities, network, and market myself as a working professional in the field of dance no matter which avenue I decide on.���APP�
